Returns Policy

Section 1 – Returns & Refunds Eligible Reasons for Return or Refund: The customer is unsatisfied with the product, and it is within 15 calendar days of delivery. Return Process and Terms: Contact Us: Email customer support at ecommerce.petrosmartsolutions@gmail.com to initiate the return process within 15 days of delivery. Return Requirements: Provide photos of the product and a reason for the return. Products must be in brand-new condition, in original packaging. Damaged products should be returned unused. Send the product to the return address provided by customer support. Include a copy of the shipping receipt with the tracking number. Return Address: Use the address given by customer support. Returns sent to an incorrect address will not be eligible for a refund. Refund Processing: Refunds are issued within 5-7 business days after the product is received at our Returns Center. Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable. We do not provide pre-paid return shipping labels. Lost or Damaged Returns: We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments. Ensure the return method is reliable. Non-Refundable Items: Items not eligible for a refund or store credit will be discarded or returned at the customer’s expense. Refund Method: Refunds are processed to the original payment method for full-priced items only. Outlet or reduced-priced items are not eligible for refunds or replacements. Policy Terms: Our Returns Policy terms prevail in cases of miscommunication or disputes. Section 2 – Order Cancellation Cancellation Policy: Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement if not yet shipped. Cancellations are time-sensitive as orders are processed quickly. Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for orders sent by Indian Post Services using VPP (Value Payable Post) services. Delivery Times: Within Gujarat and Maharashtra: Fast and efficient, typically delivered in 3 – 4 working days. To Other States: Reliable service, with delivery times ranging from 5 – 7 working days. Shipping Restrictions: In India: No Restrictions: We ship to all areas within India, subject to any new government regulations. Outside India: Currently Unavailable: We are unable to process orders or ship outside of India at this time. Missing or Lost Package: If Your Package Goes Missing: Act Quickly: Click on the icon and send us your query with your ORDER NUMBER.
