Section 1 – Returns & Refunds
Eligible Reasons for Return or Refund:
- The customer is unsatisfied with the product, and it is within 15 calendar days of delivery.
Return Process and Terms:
- Contact Us: Email customer support at ecommerce.petrosmartsolutions@gmail.com to initiate the return process within 15 days of delivery.

Return Requirements:
- Provide photos of the product and a reason for the return.
- Products must be in brand-new condition, in original packaging. Damaged products should be returned unused.
- Send the product to the return address provided by customer support. Include a copy of the shipping receipt with the tracking number.
- Return Address: Use the address given by customer support. Returns sent to an incorrect address will not be eligible for a refund.
- Refund Processing: Refunds are issued within 5-7 business days after the product is received at our Returns Center.

Shipping Costs:
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable.
- We do not provide pre-paid return shipping labels.
- Lost or Damaged Returns: We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments. Ensure the return method is reliable.
- Non-Refundable Items: Items not eligible for a refund or store credit will be discarded or returned at the customer’s expense.
- Refund Method: Refunds are processed to the original payment method for full-priced items only. Outlet or reduced-priced items are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
- Policy Terms: Our Returns Policy terms prevail in cases of miscommunication or disputes.
Section 2 – Order Cancellation
Cancellation Policy:
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement if not yet shipped.
- Cancellations are time-sensitive as orders are processed quickly.
- To cancel an order and request a refund, contact us for instructions.
